After Samsung, Toshiba comes in the field of tablets and launched three new tablets of Excite series. These three tablets comes in the size of 7.7", 10" and 13". Toshiba Excite previously redistricted to only one 10" tablet which is extended now to three models. All of the three tablets runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 OS which include NVIDIA Tegra Processor. Excite's model comes in market in the month of May starting from 10" version following 7.7" and then 13" model in June.
Excite 7.7 is much similar to Galaxy Tab 7.7 and is a good competitor of it. It comes with 1280*800 AMOLED screen panel. The specifications of Excite 7.7 is in below table.

The more better Excite 10 is much similar to the current version of Excite X10 with Ice Cream Sandwich added to it with Tetra 3 processor. It includes MicroHDMI port. According to Toshiba its battery backup is 10-hour. The 10" LCD screen is the standard among the tablets. The all other specifications are in the below table.

And now about the Big-Daddy, Excite 13. It includes 13.3" LCD screen and booming resolution of 1600*900 and weights 2.2 pounds which is heavy of all of these.
